We’ve built a room that simulates the conditions of the world’s highest mountains

  • Hypoxia

We reduce the oxygen in the room by safely pumping about 7% Nitrogen in

  • Altitude

The room can simulate oxygen levels of 15-12% and simulate altitude of 2500-5000m

  • Sa0²

The reduced oxygen levels will lower the body's oxygen saturation to 80-90%

  • Response

A number of physiological responses occur at a cellular level. Enzymes increase and lead to a greater capacity to resynthesise ATP

  • Adaptation

Improves oxygen efficiency, lactate buffering, respiratory muscle function, power output and cardiovascular endurance

While this is great preparation for trekking and adventure clients,
a lower SaO² will also help with muscle development and weight loss
