Baseline Assessment

The first step is a baseline assessment ($50). The Baseline Assessment is an initial assessment conducted a Peak Altitude Training. The aim is to introduce the body to the altitude room and record results. The Baseline typically involves either a treadmill or bike and takes no longer than 20 minutes. Results are then used to offer acute altitude training recommendations for each individual.
