We’ve just got back to Kathmandu after successfully making it to Everest Base Camp!
It was tough, hiking and camping for 15 days straight in winter with some seriously cold nights and snow, but it was totally worth it. One of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Thanks for all your awesome support and training that helped get us there!

Incorporating training at Altitude at Peak has definitely improved my fitness and VO2 Max. Since starting there I feel like I’ve grown a new lung. The set-up is perfect for an alternative session away from running, like the ergos and assault bike which I love. It’s also great for long recovery runs on the treadmill. The team are awesome and it’s got a real community feel about it with lots of likeminded people sweating it out together.

I am half way to my goals of 90kg from 120kg with Peak and never felt better. I train 4 times a week with a combination of Personal Training and group training. The coaches are professional and very knowledgeable. If you’re looking to shape up, try them out!
