Incorporating training at Altitude at Peak has definitely improved my fitness and VO2 Max. Since starting there I feel like I’ve grown a new lung. The set-up is perfect for an alternative session away from running, like the ergos and assault bike which I love. It’s also great for long recovery runs on the treadmill. The team are awesome and it’s got a real community feel about it with lots of likeminded people sweating it out together.

We make sure to train in the altitude room at least twice a week. Sometimes we have injuries or limitations but training in the room means we can still raise our heart rate without too much impact on our joints

I’ve been training with the team at Peak/ F.I.T for just over 2 years. In that time I’ve reached a new levels of fitness and strength. My running times have improved massively in that time with new pbs at all distances and confidence to take on longer distances and tougher races. But maybe most of all it’s great fun training with an awesome team
